7-Day Return Window: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Returns: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and religious purity reasons, opened puja samagri kits cannot be returned.
Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refund Process: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
